Preventive Measures On The Sovereign Risk Of Chinese Major Trading Country

Sovereign risk is at the center of concern in modern international trade.It arises from the uncertainty of loss due to political or economic factors in one country or area. All the countries pay great attention to it because of its increasing influence .This study describes the state trading sovereign risk definition,characteristics,classification and so on , discusses the country risk status of our major trading country and in the risk management of Chinese enterprises in the country risk, General , Chinese major trade countries are in lower risk ,but the neighboring countries are in higher risk, most of the foreign countries are lack of risk management ;So this study proposes preventive measures to face the current situation from government and enterprise levels to minimize risks to the lowest; For the government ,the importance is strengthening international cooperation and establishment of our own national risk control system, for the foreign trade enterprises, preventive measures should be taken at different stages of foreign trade, such as export credit insurance,international futures markets etc.
