By comparing A with B, finds out advantages and disadvantages of Chinese converse logistics. Through studying cases of other countries, points out the existing problems of Chinese converse logistics----the deficient recycling technology, incomplete rules, quite little knowledge, the rubbish covering spaces and pollution are all factors that prevent developing of Chinese converse logistics.In order to solve above problems, according to the develop direction of GREEN logistics, the author therefore suggests making use of certain measures or rules, such as ISO environment management system to place tasks for the government and enterprises.Finally, she gets a conclusion: We need to keep the sustaining development of economy and also pay enough attention to build the GREEN environment. Government executes macro-control, enterprises fulfill their responsibilities, find out a balance between environment and economic development is the determinant for converse logistics'development.The article emphasized on analysis about concrete cases, such of these successful cases in Korea and European countries.
