As an important city for the development of the central region,Nanchang City has developed rapidly.Under the pace of rapid development,the competition of enterprises has become increasingly fierce.The office of enterprises has long been a modern and advanced electronic office,and the speed of updating office equipment has been accelerated.Reverse office electronic equipment reverse logistics is the core key in the operation of renewable resources.Due to the large amount of environmentally polluting non-ferrous metals and difficult-to-degrade plastic waste in waste office electronic equipment,it is very difficult to handle,and there are many aspects involved.According to the local actual environment of Nanchang City,this paper constructs the reverse logistics recycling network of waste office electronic equipment in Nanchang City.Combining with the previous research on the planning of waste electronic network in reverse logistics,the waste electronic market will be refined and the line of sight will be gathered.In the research of reverse logistics of office electronic equipment waste,first analyze the current situation of the existing reverse logistics network in Nanchang,and then analyze the recovery mode according to the characteristics of the waste office electronic equipment.Under the assumption that some assumptions are established,according to the waste office of Nanchang City The current situation of electronic equipment reverse logistics,combined with optimization theory and method,establishes mixed integer linear programming model(MILP)with minimum cost,and uses genetic algorithm to optimize and solve the waste office electronic equipment logistics network model in Nanchang.analysis And put forward improvement measures for the reverse logistics recycling network of waste office electronic equipment in Nanchang City.
