| The environmental issues brought on by discarded electronic products cannot be disregarded given the growth of the market for electronic products and the acceleration of replacement rates.The 14 th Five-Year Plan for Circular Economy,which was released in 2021,detailed the key actions and projects in the field of circular economy in China during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,including the recycling of urban waste electronic products and the construction of a waste materials recycling system.The government issued the Strategic Plan for Expanding Domestic Demand in 2022,which included plans to build a waste recycling system and standardize the development of recycling industries such as electronic products and power batteries.Although the government has issued numerous policies to regulate the recycling industry in recent years,the recovery rate remains low due to the high recovery cost,the imperfect recovery system,and the opaque recovery price.The development of the Internet has ushered in a new opportunity for the recycling dilemma of waste electronic products.A large number of online recycling enterprises represented by "love recycling","Ou yan" and "Renren car" have emerged at the historic moment.The primary characteristic of these recycling businesses is their use of the Internet to integrate online and offline recovery processes into an O2O(Online To Offline)recovery mode.In this mode,superior resources may be concentrated and the recovery system can be changed at a lower recovery cost,more transparent recovery price,and better convenience.The government’s incentive and instruction are crucial for this new recycling method.The focus of research has shifted to how to align the objectives and interests of the government,recycling platform,manufacturers,recycling and dismantling center,consumers,and other numerous subjects,and enhance the all-encompassing advantages of the waste electronic products recycling market.As a result,the article is based on the social network analysis and evolution game theory of waste electronic products reverse logistics recovery incentive mechanism.On the basis of broadening the theories in this area,it offers theoretical support and recommendations for the orderly development of China’s recycling market,an increase in the recycling utilization rate of waste electronic products,a decrease in environmental pollution,and an encouragement of the development of "waste-free cities".The reverse logistics system of waste electronic products is investigated in this paper using the O2 O recycling model.Firstly,the participating subjects involved in the recycling of waste electronic products are initially screened out based on expert scoring,then the core participating subjects of the recycling market are further analyzed using social network analysis,and the three core participating subjects finally obtained are:government,recycling platform,and manufacturer;secondly,an evolutionary game model is constructed for government,recycling platform,and manufacturer based on evolutionary game theory;Second,using evolutionary game theory,we build a three-party evolutionary game model of the government,recycling platform,and manufacturer,and use Matlab R2019 a software to simulate and analyze the role of each parameter change on the evolutionary path;finally,we combine the simulation and game results to build a complete incentive mechanism for reverse logistics recycling.The research findings show that: first,the government,recycling platforms,and manufacturers are the core participants in the reverse logistics recycling of waste electronic products,and the government can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of each participant by formulating corresponding incentive policies for them,so that the recycling volume of electronic products can be effectively increased and the recycling technology level can be effectively improved;Second,the evolutionary game’s results show that government incentives for recycling platforms and manufacturers can only positively influence the growth of the market for recycled waste electronic products if they are kept within a reasonable range.As a result,the government should implement parallel strategies for economic incentives and guidance incentives,coordinate the subsidies,and raise awareness of recycled waste electronic product recycling.Third,we analyze the real-world scenario of recycling platform operator "Love Recycling" simulate the equilibrium point to conduct numerical simulation,and offer recommendations on how to build an incentive mechanism for China’s waste electronic product recycling system from five perspectives: policy,technology,market,talent,and management,in order to effectively increase recycling volume and expand the recycling market,and offer direction and practical guidance. |
