The Study Of On The Structural Change Between Korea-China Trade And Some Strategies For Logistics Service Provider

With Chinese becoming"world factory", manufacture companies and logistics companies are establishing the circulating net in making preparations, production, and logistics by taking China which has big and powerful marketplace and which can carry out some activity easily and effectively as center. China is the maximal trade partner, the maximal export marketplace and the maximal investment country of Korea. Korean companies invest more and more with China, and they begin to carry out investment with the way of transferring the factory to China. The kind of transference has enlarged from simple products to high technology products, such as mobile phone, LCD, PDP, and so on, and it contains package industry, which makes the whole logistics function transfer. This paper analyzes three patterns of trade structures, they are simple import and export type, process income type, national produce type and local oriental consume type. This paper also analyzes the changes of trade structure between Korea and China, and the effects that the changes bring to logistics. And this paper expounds the new logistics structure between Korea and China under the circumstances of Korean companies'investing with China, and it also discusses the effective corresponding schemes for logistics companies.
