The Research Of The Practice On The Chinese Farmer Cooperative Economic Organizations

This thesis makes theoretical research and practical exploration on the farmer cooperative economic organizations under the realism backgroud that the huge earning gap between city and rural, the disperse petty farmer management can't matching market economy in effect, the Chinese cooperative economic organizations develop slowly ;and under the theory backgroud that the problems concerning agriculture,coutryside ,farmers and the new village coustruct thoery. The basic theoretical research on the organizations contains the connotation and kinds, and proposes the historical, present state, the reason of its slow development , its effect and significance.The practical exploration starts from two ways, one is the research on foreign experiences, and the other is the development of the Chinese Farmer cooperative Economic Organization. The foreign organizations choose the experiences of the American agricultural cooperation and Japanese fanner associations as a mirror .The paper studies the effect of the American agricultural cooperation in the agriculture industrialization as a system, the existing problems and inspires to Chinese farmer cooperative economic organizations. The paper also studies the Japanese agriculture associations' effect in the course of agriculture to industrialization, faced reform problems and inspired to the development of Chinese farmer cooperative economic organizations. The domestic practical exploration based on the research on the cooperative economic organizations in Lan Kao of He Nan Province and Ding zhou of He Bei Province, and it discusses the developing of the two forms of cooperative economic organizations. The cooperation in Lan kao of He Nan Province started with the cultural cooperation. And they become synthetical organizations having perfect institution, being subordinate to the type of the community. The cooperative economic organizations in Ding zhou of He Bei Province started from the leaders of villages the local governments or the correlation departments. And now they become loose, pure and professional cooperative economic organizations. The paper discusses the effect of the founded cooperative economic organizations, existing problems, summarizes the experiences and lessons in the course of development .Finally, it analyzes and compares with the pattern to the development of the two types of organizations ,and puts forward the differences, good and bad。It draws a conclusion that the future farmer cooperative economic organizations is not synthetical organizations but professional cooperative economic organizations, synthetical organizations is a transition. It also gives a research on restrictive factors, strategies and the breakthrough for developing the organizations.The paper in light of correctly posing problems, use the reality to speak, and searching strategies in technology for developing the organizations. It is not to discuss the pure theory .In course of the thesis composition ,it put not only the question,look for the examples but also make huge investigation on the spot.The paper explores a developing model which is different from that of other countries, to relax the problems of the duality economic structure. It has a great important referential signification to the farmers' low earning, the huge earning gap between city and rural, unharmonious development between industry and agriculture.
