| With the development of economic globalization, it is requested to distribute resources rationally in the world to use the resources reasonably.This has led to the general trendency that the present world apple industry transfer from developed areas to developed regions.In the world, apple is the main one of all agricultural products producted in China which can be formed on the status of monopoly products, even the only one.As an agricultural-led industrialization in our country, apple is more dominant industry in Yuncheng City. Apple industry has increasingly become the pillar industry of the rural economy and the national economy advantage in Yuncheng City.After years of development, apple industry of Yuncheng City already has the advantage of size and level of development. However, according to the country's industry construction with Apple and the goal that becomes bigger and stronger in Yucheng City's apple industry, there are still many problems in its development.The purpose of this study is to offer ideas to the government for the correct decision and promote the city's apple industrial development.This paper is based on Agricultural Industrial Mamagement theory and Compared with Adbantage theory and use the combinational ways of comprehensive systemlly analysis, survey and typical visite in apple base county, storage,processing and esport enterprises deeply. And it makes the overall statistics of the acrege, output, the base-building, processing, export trade and the leading enterprises for Yunchegn City's apple instry. On the base, firstly, through the qualitative analysis of the natural ecological conditions, the socio-economic conditions and the application and the quantitative indicators of EF, LQ, yield and acreage, this paper makes the analysis of the greater advantages of the development of Yuncheng City's apple industry, which also are the reasons why the city should develop this industry. Then it expounds that the development of apple industry in Yuncheng City is good and explores many problems in the production, processing, marketing, social service organizations, trade flows and other aspects. Then it analyzes the potential market demand of apple and its prodessed procucts at home and abroad. And it comes to a conclusion that the industry has a huge potential tremendency and a adequate space for up. Finally, on the foundation of some ideas, the development objectives and the market demand and against the problems in insustrial development, it suggests the strategic choice and specific countermeasures for Yuncheng City's apple industry in the future. The main strategies include market demand-oriented strategy, high-quality brand-name strategy, standardization of production and processing strategy, industrial development strategy, technology strategy and sustainable development strategy. Specific countermeasures include: first, in line with the market demand, it should base on the production of fresh fruits and processed procusts. Second, it should promote the establishment and development of the base for the raw processing materials. Third, it should improve the contruction for pollution-free green base and realize the fruit industry ecology. Fourth, it should establish apple's quality standards and the whole quality control system and vigorously improve the quality of apple. Fifth, it should make greater efforts to publicize, begin "Yncheng Apple" brand and admit the international market positioning. Sixth, it should gradually improve the contribution of the market system and the market infrasrrucuure. Seventh, it should establish and improve the social service system perfectly. Eighth, it should base on the support of science and technology. Nineth, it should give full play to the role of the government. |
