Faced with the imminent tempestuous global competition, how to establish a scientific and effective performance management system, has become a hot issue of common concern. China's accession to the WTO has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges for power enterprises. Sichuan Electric Power Test & Research Institute is an important technical advisory department of Sichuan Electric Power Corporation, Currently, the performance management of its staff still remains in the traditional performance appraisal stage, which can't meet the needs of the modern enterprise management. In this paper,considered that to improve of the existing performance appraisal system of Sichuan Electric Power Test & Research Institute and to to build a more scientific, effective, impartial and objective performance management system are considered effective ways for Test & Research Institute's service to serve improve Sichuan Electric Power enterprise.Firstly, this paper analyzes the actuality of Test & Research Institute's performance management in-depth, identifies the existing problems and then adopts classical thinking of several performance management theories, at last , combined with Test & Research Institute's organization goals, designs a more targeted and efficient performance management system, and the implementation of the new system are discussed. |
