Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Index-System And Awarding Distribution For Plants-corporation In Areal Electricity Market

Generation groups will face new challenges after realizing generation-side bidding in regional electricity market and be urgent to establish an indicator system for comprehensive bidding evaluation. The principle and methods of bidding evaluation are disscussed under the background of bidding evaluation and rewarding. This paper fully puts forward to build an indicator system including ahead and after bidding combined with the market environment, features and expected goal. Futhermore, the model of bidding evaluation and quantitative analysis is discussed in this paper.In the end,the Shapley value models are also used to settle the problem that the profits distribution after taking cooperative bidding strategy. A real test shows that these comprehensive indicator systems not only effectively evaluate group plants, but also plays an incentive role.
