The Application Research On The Comprehensive Assessment For Hydropower Project Bidding

Bidding has the characteristic of competition, equality and opening, which makes the construction enterprise obtain the equitableness and justness treatment by taking part in bidding. Now, the construction enterprises have broken rut completely and start to have stride-region and stride-calling competition. However, the increasing bidding rate of hydropower project cannot bring improvement of the bidding level and quality, therefore the"one to one","favor project","strip project"bidding remain exist,therefore it is of great importance to do research in assessment bidding methods of hydropower project bidding, choose the optimization bidding, reduce project cost and corruption , so as to confirm the best bidding enterprise.This thesis has an analysis on Chinese engineering bidding and its development. It introduces the bidding scope of hydropower construction project and analyzes hydropower project bidding procedure in detail; on this basis, the thesis combined with the characteristic of China hydropower project, analyzes and summarizes the main problems of Chinese hydropower project construction bidding, and indicates that scientific and reasonable evaluation bidding methods is an effective approach to resolve the problems; and then based on introducing the main Chinese actual evaluation bidding methods, the paper also indicates that we should establish hydropower project construction evaluation bidding guidance system and mathematics model based on comprehensive illegibility evaluation bidding methods, establishes assessment bidding index system and mathematics model to have a scalar analysis, has a detailed discuss on idiographic steeps of hydropower project bidding. Finally, in the part of case analysis, combined with ideographical characteristic of hydropower project, and put combined grade methods and illegibility integrative assessment methods into hydropower project assessment bidding. In this way, we can make the right and reasonable choice of bidding enterprise through using reasonable bidding assessment methods.
