Study On Performance Assessment Of Project Manager Of The Bidding Company

As "the first resource ", human resource is the key competition ability of getting the competitive advantage for all enterprise. As the core strength of the bidding company, the ability of project manager will directly affect the combat ability of the project team, and then affects the company's development and survival. How to design the scientific evaluate index system, select the assessment method, make security approsial, and arouse the creativity and enthusiasm of project manager and his team is becoming the importment problem for all bidding company.This paper is just researching for the methord of performance apprasial of the bidding company's project manager. First, this paper analysed the effect factor of the bidding company's project manager, and summarized the assessment index system on this foundation. Then, determined the assessment index weight with AHP and make performance approsail with Fruzzy Mathematics. At last, the corresponding is put forward, after analysed the possible problem in performance approsial.This paper not only studied the assessment method and assessment index system found in theroy, but also put forwad some strategy and suggestion of solution the assessment problem of the bidding company's project manager that can refer and operable on practice. And on certain level, these have very important meaning for other company's project manager's assessment.
