Study On Incentive Mechanism Of Partnering Model

The content of this thesis is studying on incentive mechanism of Partnering model. Beyond the Partnering model, the owners establish the reasonable incentive mechanism to motivate enthusiasm of project participants such as contractors. It motivates the project participants willing to make the greatest efforts to achieve the common objective.On the perspective of building projects, the author established an incentive mechanism model of Partnering management which is based on the characteristics of the incentive mechanism design of dynamic alliance. The author discussed the integration between performance evaluation and incentive mechanism. By analyzing the cost of Partnering management, the author designed an incentive contract model for the owners. The application of incentive mechanism of the south-to-north water diversion project as an example was also discussed.
