| This study centralizes on promoting consumption of electricity and increasing the marketing level of Power Supply Corporation, making a further research on the strategy and application of region electric marketing. First, it reviewed the progress survey of electricity marketing, emphasizing on the existing problem that our Power Supply Corporation known about the electricity marketing; based on the actuality and layout of electricity network of alashan region, combining analytical methods of SWOT, Structure and PEST together to analyze the inside and outside environment of this region, and found out the superior, weakness, opportunity and threaten that applied electricity marketing strategy in the alashan region; at the end, it educed the marketing strategy and its model of alashan electricity power market after confirming the target market and marketing combination. As this paper pays its attention on the establishment of marketing strategy, it didn't process much details of the tactic application, and it also represented the strategy's application in the confirmation process of marketing strategy. |
