Performance management is key part in human resources management, With the arrival of the era of knowledge-driven economy, knowledge team with its knowledge member has became main operational mechanism of strategic management and key project development in many corporations.Modern performance management mechanism can not be used successfully in knowledge team management because of its obvious characteristics. Knowledge team is forming its individualized management mechanism.Knowledge team performance management is facing challenging that it should bring forward cooperative and competitive working atmosphere without disturbing team members' cooperation so to maximize knowledge employees' performance and realize team target. In this situation enterprise can't use the standardized tool mechanically and should develop new knowledge team performance management system that well fit knowledge team's individualized characteristics referring traditional performance management theory.Whether a cooperation can utilize knowledge efficiently and maintain its steady core ability and competitive priority. There is lack of performance management research in the process of knowledge team research. As a key part of management theory and management practice, performance management is highly regarded by scholars and entrepreneurs. This paper mainly analyzed problems in extant knowledge team performance management system in the basis of the scientific and systematic definition of knowledge team and its characteristics. At last this paper bring forward relevant Countermeasures for reference wishing making my own contribution in this field.
