Today, we are living in a Knowledge-Based society. The enterprises In this frame, which we called the Knowledge-Based Enterprise, are getting more and more concern than ever before. Generally, the knowledge owned by these enterprises would possess two important characteristics: the knowledge they owned is creative, and the knowledge they owned can't be replicated arbitrarily. Both the characteristics are very important to the development of enterprises. Almost all employers have an expectation on their employee: high performance and low runoff rate. But things will be different in real world. Even worse, the running off of talent employee would also bring enterprises a great lost. This accounts for how important the effective management in these enterprises is. The research on these fields has recently become hot in human resource management.This dissertation would present a practical solution for above questions. Firstly, we will examine the relationships between internal marketing theory and human resource management. Then, a detailed analysis would be conducted on the problems of human resource management in knowledge-based enterprises, with the concern on both inside and exterior factors. Finally, we applied internal marketing theory on HRM and presented a practical solution for above questions.The internal marketing theory emphasizes the demands of employee. Only when employee's requirements were most satisfied, they were better inspired, then acquire high performance. Additionally, a perfect communication channel can give employee a good picture on enterprise policy and strategic decision, which will definitely improve team work and reach a consensus. Conclusively, the research on how effectively apply internal marketing theories with human resource management would be very important on sustainable development of the enterprise's human resource.Various research methodologies were used for this dissertation, including interview, questionnaire and book/video/audio materials references.
