Since the 20th century, constructivist theory of genre to become popular around the world, at present constructivism genre scene, there has been lively debate prosperous situation. Constructivism that does not exist immutable "objective" facts. JLRB combined with the practical experience as a major work, through the collection of data for JLRB Human Resource Management in analysis of practical problems, for human resource management analysis, development of human resources to provide cutting a viable strategic action plan in line with the actual work concludes with a variety of theories and methods.In short, the emphasis on human resources management science, with the actual situation of enterprises in which to carry out human resources were managed, not just the focus of our research work, but also every business must face important issues. But this is empirical research is to manage some of the basic theory of effective application of human resource management in the enterprise, in the service profit chain theory in the Enterprise Human Resource Management have a certain innovation.
