since 80s of the last century, a knowledge-based economy, has begun to spring up. In particular, the rise of the software industry, such as Microsoft and other companies, promoted the study of the relationship between economic development and knowledge. During the study, it was found that capital was no longer the only factor that would decide the competitiveness of enterprises, knowledge went beyond the land, labor and capital to be the most important factor of production. Therefore, how to get more efficient collection and use of knowledge so that the knowledge would play its full role in the operation was the key to sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy.Since the 1990s in the United States, under the guidance of the knowledge management theory, people began the practice, they created and improved a large number of theoretical models and tools. But in the practice of knowledge management process there are still many difficulties and doubts, one of which is that how enterprises can acquire the necessary knowledge in the vast information, and through the application and innovation of knowledge, they can strengthen their core competence to make more money.Nowadays, knowledge management is more concentrated in the classification standards or management models. For an effective integration of the two, particularly in actual application, it lacks a more detailed study. This paper studies under the guidance of enterprise strategy or plan, how to classify the four types of knowledge by the two dimensions, availability degree and key degree, and use different tactics on each . Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 are the core of the paper, Chapter 3 explains in detail about the knowledge classification principles while Chapter 4 is targeting the use of different management tactics by different knowledge in each quadrant to improve knowledge management effectiveness; Chapter 5 takes H mobile corporation as an example to show the empirical application of knowledge classification in enterprises.
