The concept of green marketing evolves from U.S.A. in the 1970s. Through decades of development, this concept has already got rooted in the hearts of enterprises, the green products are well liked by consumers, and the green industry receives unprecedented value and record-breaking development.Through analyzed the circumstance of green marketing, the thesis advance that corporation must transit their leading-management. The corporation must purely manufacture their produce and use circular material and casing in the process of manufacture; in the course of sale, the enterprise must offer green produce to consumer; and marketing are the main ways to transit leading-management; In addition, according to circs of corporation of our country, the thesis put forward that how should corporation accurately apply innovation in order to enhance their excellence. The four part of text put forward that corporation can put the cost of environment into the cast of product. The last parts of thesis put forward that along with the development of global-economy, corporation must push international green marketing and implode new product.After roundly and systemic analyze the surroundings of corporation, the author brings forward that innovation and make a price are main way to push green marketing and it is necessary to carry out global green marketing.
