Impliment Of The Industal Ecology In Parks Planning

Taking the national Huangxing EIP as a case, this paper systematically researched on the programming and building of EIPs. The main content and achievements were as follows:The l"st chapter introduced the Industrial Ecology, which contains the progresses, basic theories, primary research subjects and the corresponding development trends of clearner product, circular economy and eco-industry. Then ,the chapter gived the ties and meaning of the Industrial Ecology and EIPs programming. The author analyzed the main domestic achievements and existing problems, and put forward some countermeasures. At the end of this part, the significance and background of this research were given.Based on the theories, the 2'nd chapter gived the progress of parks-plain which developed from industrial parks planning to EIPs planning.. Then, the author introduced the cases aboard and in our country.The 3'rd chapter is the theories of programming and building of EIPs include the theories of sustainable development, eco-industry, circular economy, systematic engineering, cleaner product and so on, among which the theories of sustainable development and eco-industry are the cores. Then the function compartmentalization, industrial layout, principles and aims of the industrial selection were programmed on the basis of above analysis. According to the relevant regulations about the environmental effect evaluation of constructive projects, this chapter also analyzed and qualitatively evaluated the possible ecological and environmental problems. It also analyzed the characteristics of the industrial structure of this EIP and compared it with the traditional industry and the single project.The 4'th chapter was about the designing of the eco-industrial system in Huang Xing EIP, which was not only the key of a project but also the emphases of the whole paper. The key technology in the programming and building of EIPs is to establish the perfect, stable and sustainable eco-industrial chains with high eficiency and then to form an industrial community by the integration method of the eco-industrial system, in which the energy can be used grade-by-grade and the resources can be multi-reused.
