| As a special urban function type, resource-based cities provide lots of manufacture material for the economic construction of our society. They play an important role in our economic system. However, since recently years, because of their own development characteristics and the affection of new economic form and phenomenon, resource-based cities have confronted with serious sustainable problems, such as irrationality of industrial structure, slow increase of the economics, serious environmental pollution. How to meet the challenge and achieve sustainable development is a crying for solving problems for resource-based cities.Loudi is taken for example in this paper, analyzing evaluation and optimization of industrial structure in resource-based cities. This paper can be divided into five chapters based on its structure. The content and research results of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is introduction, in this part, the background and significance of this research is analyzed, also, the research progress at home and abroad is introduced, and then, the research content and method of this paper are pointed out.The second chapter is about the basic characteristics of resource-based cities. In this chapter, firstly, the definition and classify of resource-based cities are introduced, and then, the typical characteristics of resource-based cities are analyzed. At last, the periodicity and phase of resource-based cities are also studied.The third chapter focuses on the characteristics of industrial structure in resource-based cities. Firstly, the theory of industrial structure is introduced, and then, the characteristics and obstacle of industrial structure in resource-based cities in China are analyzed.The fourth chapter is about economic characteristics of loudi, in Hunan province. This paper point out that loudi is a typical resource-based city. Also, the characteristics of industrial structure in loudi are studied.The fifth chapter focuses on the optimization of industrial structure in loudi. The basic ideas and principles are introduced in this part, and then, this paper point out the methods on optimization of industrial structure in loudi. |
