The BPR Of Our Manufacturing Industry Based On The ERP System

Manufacturing industry is the strong back up force of national economy. With the rapid development of economy, manufactring industry is facing to double competitive pressure both at home and abroad. So in order to exist and develop, it is necessary for manufacturing industry to change the unreasonable process using communication tools and to improves the manufacturing industry process reengineering under the ERP system.First, it lodges the background and reality of the research task, analyses the research condition in home and abroad, decides the main content and method of the research task and outlines the framework of the article.Second, this paper analyses the prevent situation of manufacturing industry in our country, the development and shortage of the information explosion process when solving manufacturing industry's problems. What's more, the paper suggests it is very necessary for us to make full use of ERP system in the construction of the information explosion process although there is something wrong with the application of ERP.Third, it points out the interactive relations between ERP and BPR after doing search basic theories of them.Then, on the bace of ERP systems this paper researches the method of reengineering. Moreover, it brings forwards the improved Activity Based Cost method and method of reengineering process based on ERP system, according to this direction.Finally, we demonstrate our theories through actual example by selecting the purchasing process of JM enterprise, applying the improved Activity Based Cost method, reengineering process according to the method and valuating the effect at last.In conclusion, under the characteristics of manufacturing industry this paper puts forward the corresponding appraising methods. It's very meaningful for us in constructing of working process.
