| In recent years, along with the system reform of our country's engineering construction management, the engineering project management method is also increasingly improved, and has obtained the tangible effect and the remarkable benefit. But in the practice of the engineering project management, the flaw that the time control and the cost control can not be related closely, is still exist, this causes the anticipated result of the project management to come under the certain influence.Filled with the change, the engineering project is carried on in the complex natural and social environment and is not a definite process; the engineering project management is one kind of integrated management process. To truly and effectively control the time and the cost, the contrast analysis between the engineering project time and the cost must be carried on. Theoretically, domestic and foreign scholars have carried on various discussions in the solution of time - cost optimization question, and have established some solution optimization questions mathematical models and proposed the computational method, but it lacks of the applied research of the union the concrete management and the instruction with the project implementation in implementation stage.By the research of the present situation of domestic project management and unifying the analysis and the research of engineering project management concrete practice in our country, this paper uses a method which unifies the fundamental research and the case analysis of project practice and thinks that it is a main question which should be solved currently to introduce the coordination control method in the time control and the cost control in our country engineering project management. To resolve the question that time management and the cost management cannot be effectively unified in view of our country, embarking from the principle research of the engineering project time and the cost control coordination, this paper has conducted the thorough research to the time - cost coordination control rationale and put the emphasis on the deviation analyzes in the project implementation process, and then proposed the Monte Carlo simulation analysis that will melt into makes in the Earned Value Management to realize the engineering project time - cost coordination control through the effective management.In order to release this method to the practice of engineering project, this paper applies MATLAB/Simulink software to establish the engineering project time - cost coordination control dynamic simulation analysis model, and confirms the model scientific nature and the feasibility through an example.Carrying on the engineering project by using the simulation analysis method of the coordinately control of time - cost, it has manifested the dynamic management thought, and effectively can solve the realistic question that the time control and the cost control cannot be the organic synthesis addressing at present in our country's engineering project management process question. Using the simulation analysis model, it enables the engineering project superintendent to make scientific, quantitative and effective management in the project time and the cost implementation. |
