Site selection of node, selection of transportation line and decision of inventory has close interrelationship to each other, so they must be considered together. This article created the model of address decision which has considered the transportation cost, individual introduced the model of transportation line selection and conventional model of inventory decision, and created the double-layer planning model based that. This article given many methods to solving each models, the main is genetic algorithm. This article solved the model of multilevel storage site selection with genetic algorithm toolbox which based MATLAB, and with the detailed course, proved its effectiveness and superiority. At last, this article take fertilizer enterprise for example, analyzed its logistics network, presented a planning program of selling logistics network, and valued the new program, declared its rationality.
