Research On Construction Project Unified Information Platform (UIP) Based-on The Theory Of Stakeholder

Project management has been widely used in the construction field. It's an activity with highly practical character. The once-off character of project management decides the misplay which happened in the process of project management can hardly be corrected, which deserves the participants to adopt feasible measures thus to ensure the success of projects. There are many factors which restrict the success of projects. More and more evidences indicated the efficiency and validity of information communication was the key factor affecting the successful implementation of projects. However,there are problems with the traditional project information communication. With more large scale projects over countries or areas and more initiating, planning, implementing and other all life cycle activities of the project participants, a large group of information concerned projects will be generated. The efficiency and cost of project information management will affect the success of project management directly. It is necessary to establish a unified information platform (UIP) to manage project information.After the research on the characteristics of construction project information management,this paper started with the theory of stakeholder, based-on real estate project, defined the main stakeholders of the prophase planning stage, planning stage, construction stage, promotion or marketing stage and property management stage of life cycles of project dynamically. The thesis also analyzed and classified the information demands of each stakeholder in different stages.Base on the introduction of information integration,the thesis put forward the logical and general framework of UIP. And the thesis put forward the concept of Unified Information Platform.The thesis designed the functions of UIP, studied the design principle and implementing form of UIP system. It also designed the layer and physical structure and analyzed the management purview. The establishment of UIP provided an effective platform and channel of information communication and sharing among participants, thus to ensure the success of the project.Through the research,the thesis provided the theoretical support and framework for UIP construction,which also provide an alternative and reference for the information integration management and project management software development.
