The Conflict Management Of Stakeholder In Life Cycle Of Project

Since the 1980s, changes in the political structure, reform of the economic system, economic globalization, international competition and enterprise mergers are sweeping across the world. Enterprises and other social organizations generally bear the complicated and volatile pressure of world. Conflict has become a very important social and organizational phenomenon. The intensification and diversification of the conflict with the organization have become common problems China's enterprises organizations have to face. For project management, the completion of the project has set goals to meet the schedule, cost control, quality requirement; the project can be considered a success. But during the process, not only in basic objectives of the project such as the period, cost, quality, but also in the expectation of the project stakeholders , we can see that the conflict could be found everywhere and more than 70 percent of project has undergone the failure. Not because the plan is not comprehensive, nor is it control is not in place, the real progress of the project that is caused by the conflict.In this paper, on the basis of the literature review of project management, the author makes an analysis of the status quo on the project management home and abroad; does a research on the theories and methods of project stakeholders conflict management, advances a solution for solving project management of conflicts. This paper, based on the Blue Sky thermoelectric project of Liaocheng, makes an empirical study on the project stakeholders in conflict management and introduce the implementation of the project application. The aims of this thesis is through the analysis of the stakeholder conflict in project life cycle, raised a number of proposals and set an example to similar enterprises or projects related industries containing the effective control and management.This paper adopts systematic research method to discuss the project stakeholders conflict. The methods are listed as follow.First, according to Project Management Body of Knowledge System and project life cycle, this paper discusses the items such as the stakeholders role, the responsibility, risk and stakeholder identification methods.Second, the paper analyses the usage of methods of conflict theory on the connotation of the project features, the life-cycle of stakeholders and classification of the causes of conflict.Third, this paper combines the project cycle with the causes and characteristics of the project stakeholders, gives the definition and assessment stakeholders, and thus makes a classification.Fourth, based on the interests of stakeholders and the management of conflict solution, this paper further studies the project stakeholders in the control and management of conflict. Meanwhile, on the foundation of the Blue Sky thermoelectric project of Liaocheng , and comes up the solving methods to the Conflict Management of stakeholders in the life cycle of projects。...
