Urbanization On Residential Price Quantitative Analysis

In addition to the regional location factors, the level of urban development for urban residential price is enormous. In cities with comparable geographic condition , the differences between the residential prices was mainly due to the disparity of the city development .Currently ,people who research the topic of urban residential price mainly emphasize on it at specific internal factors and geographic factors ,therefore, there're less research on the general factors for the shaping of a urban residential level. This thesis aims at finding out the general law relationship between the urbanization and the residential price through the research of the relationship between the targets of urbanization and residential price.The first, this thesis makes a statement of Chinese current urbanization situation and some related environment of that, and makes an analysis of the factors impacting cities residential price.The second, it summarized those existing schoolars'research on urbanization quota system and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages, then build up an applying urbanization quota system in accordance with the present needs and the analysis on the former urban residential price.Finally, with the combination of the data of the relationship between urbanization quota and residential price from Jiangsu Province of the relationship between urbanization quota and residential price in 2003, and with the qualitative and quantitative analysis using the computer statistical software, we build up a corresponding mathematical models.Combining the data analysis of the articles, it give a conclusion concerned with the urbanization factors with the statistics on the causes of high price of urban residence.
