Study On Quantity-quality Convert Of Supplementary Cultivated Land In Jiangsu Province

According to the principle that does not reduce agricultural comprehensive productivity and using the accomplishment and method of farmland grading and classing, it is necessary to connect quantity and quality of supplementary cultivated land to the grading of occupied cultivated land, and realize quantity—quality balance of land requisition—compensation.This paper includes three parts: the study on quantity-quality converted coefficient of supplementary cultivated land, the study on standard for assessing grading of supplementary cultivated land, the study on development of quantity-quality convert information system.
