Study On The Farmland Grading And Using In Cultivated Land Occupy-Fill Balance

Farmland grading is the basis for agricultural Land quality Evaluation, using agricultural Land natural quality index,utilization index and index to reflect the quality of agricultural Land in different condition. At the same time, cultivated Land occupy-fill balance measures actual productivity of agricultural Land, which use actual outcome to reflect the quality of agricultural Land directly. Farmland grading provides a quantification assurance for cultivated Land occupy-fill balance to go up to be balance in quality. As factors chosen in Farmland grading has general application and unified manipulation in all over the country so that its results can be compared between different regions and make cultivated Land occupy-fill balance in different places possible. Because of some policy reasons, cultivated Land occupy-fill balance can be used only in province. There for, This article focuses on farmland grading and its results using in cultivated Land occupy-fill balance.Farmland grading in Shaanxi province started in April 2006. This article chooses Lintong District in Xi'an which has more human - land conflict and Dingbian County in Yulin which has more reserve land resources. Firstly, classify farmland and analyze the results of Farmland grading. Secondly, use farmland grading results to realize cultivated Land occupy-fill balance in Lintong District, and try to find a index which has the best effect in cultivated Land occupy-fill balance. Last, use the index picked out to realize cultivated Land occupy-fill balance in Lintong District and Dingbian County.This article uses farmland grading results and yield of standard food to convert, making cultivated Land occupy-fill balance possible not only in different regions but also to achieve the quality balance. Build farmland utilization index - standard food model. and simulate the relation function of farmland utilization index and the standard food, build convert coefficient table of cultivated Land occupy-fill balance in Lintong District and Dingbian County. This article provides a theoretical basis and method of coefficient table for the future cultivated Land occupy-fill balance in Shaanxi province.
