National economy has been developed very quickly since China started reform and opening policy. At the same time, the rapidly developed economy gives the construction trade a good opportunity to enlarge the operations. This article take YJAZ Company as its research object. YJAZ has obtained a number of achievements and gained a good reputation because of the endless efforts. Although SXAC is now at a stage of good development with a trend of expansion, the management level is lagging behind, and lack of sense of strategic management. As a result, the advantages of the company have not been fully utilized. The existing human resource and the current mode of management obviously can hardly meet the requirement of development. Following the expiration of the transit period after China's entry of WTO, YJAZ will be confronted with even more ferocious impacts and challenges. Therefore it will be a task for YJAZ to adjust itself to fit the new situation in order to achieve a long-term stabled development. This is the reason why the author of this paper intends to study the development strategy.AT first this article illustrate relevant theory and strategic management of enterprise develop then guided by Michael-Porter competition theory. Engagement situation, survival and long-tern standing development in market competition . The SWOT method is used to comprehensively analyze the internal resource and the external environment of YJAZ. The advantage and disadvantage in human resourse, organization structure, and management mode are also evaluated by this useful method. The goal of YJAZ's future development is determined on the basis of the related analyzing results, and a series of measurements that ensure the execution of strategy are proposed. Our objectives including perfecting the management system, improving the core competence, and setting the honest reputation of YJAZ are ascertained.This paper consists of six chapters.
