The matter of multiple-employment management becomes more and more serious ,with the deepening innovation of the employment system of Ningbo Port Group. The Beilun Second Container Terminals Co., LTD (NBSCT), as the main force of the Ningbo Port, is also has so many problems in multiple-employment management. And these problems are seriously restrict the developing of NBSCT. This thesis indicates the main problems lies in the multiple-employment management of NBSCT, such as, high employee-lose-rate, same work with different pay, security management, etc., through researching for the origin and actuality of the multiple-employment management of NBSCT. And the main reasons are also analyzed in this thesis from interior and exterior entironment of NBSCT.The detailed strategies are given in this thesis to solve the problems lying in the employment management of NBSCT during analysis, by using the theory of HR outsourcing management, inspirit, performance and salary, etc.The detailed methods are given in this thesis, such as, managing the handling outsourcing operation by classified according to its impotance and maturation ,and also managing the multiple-employment classified.Especially, in this thesis , the writer points out that using humanity ideology in the multiple-employment management, such as, set store by the occupation programming of the multiple-employment, remain the multiple-employment by training, establish reasonable checking and salary system, enhance communication, perfect participant system,etc. By using these methods, the problems occur in the multiple-employment management nowadays could be solved in some degrees. And thus the HR reform of NBSCT will be developed...
