In 1998, our country developed residential construction into a new economic growth point of national economy , at the same times our country reformed the lodging institution reform of town .And during 1998 to 2003 ,the realty business has made a contribution to impulse national economy rise .In the mean while .realty industry also made a great contribution to the economy instant development of Gansu province .And realty should still make a important role in the future .Realty market of Gansu province developed very quickly in recent years, and there are many problems in it too , such as the real estate investment overheat , the realty price goes too high and so on . Although the macroscopic readjustment and control measure of 2004 made the business investment rate , new purchase acreage, handling of land area, and the floor space under construction fall. But real estate prices still kept a astonishing upward tendency, and its rising rate has far exceed the national economy' s rising amplitude . If the government can not solve this problem , it will make a bad effort on realty business and the economy expanding of Gansu province. So how to make realty business and the social economy develop harmoniously has become the primary responsibility and task.This text use the correlated data between 2000 to 2004 to analysis and predict the trend of real estate of Gansu province , and the problems will appear in the future. In conclusion , this paper will supply same suggests which can make the realty business of Gansu province develop healthily .
