Research On Floor Improvement Methods Based On LP

Production floor is the field that enterprises can create benefits directly; it is the cradle of information; and it's also the site coming forth all kinds of problems. Floor management level may reflect the corporation's operation status. Floor improvement can deepen floor management, and aim at enhancing clients' satisfaction. With improvement theory, floor personnel, equipment, materials, working methods and production environment are reformed to realize reasonable deployment so as to reduce waste in the producing process, debase the production cost and advance the efficiency and quantity, which is meaning for corporation to enhance its competition itself.First of all, this paper researches lean productin theory, analysizes its characteristics and superiority, discusses persisting improvement thought, expounds the signification of improvement, and what's more, the "lean" theory basis and important meaning of floor improvement are discussed too.Secondly, floor improvement theory is researched, which emphatically analysizes its methods, summarizes and extends existing methods. Furthermore, this paper still detailedly investigates functions, features, implementary steps and using occasions of each method.Afterword, this paper aimed at the status that floor improvement methods are isolated and immethodical one another integrates present methods, combined with corporation's demands. The method system of floor improvement based on LP is founded, which includes 5S management, fixation management, optimization of equipment layout, work analysis, work measurement and manufacturing line balancing. Moreover, functions of each part and relations of one another are brought forward.Finally, such method system is put into effect in Dalian Bingshan Refrigeration Co, Ltd and Sidelong electrical international (China) Co,Ltd. Research results shows that this system can amend work conditions of the work place, lower material handling cost, elevate mutual effiecency of workers and equipment, reduce kinds of waste in work process, balance load of work place and increase the efficiency of production line.
