The issue of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been drawing the attention of the governments and the academic communities under globalization. Including certain standards of CSR into international trade system is becoming an inevitable trend. In recent years, multinational corporations implement their standards of CSR to examine and verify China's labor-intensive enterprises that mainly export textile and apparel, toys, shoes, etc. . Multinational corporations force these enterprises to implement their conduct codes, SA8000 and other standards of CSR. Otherwise, they will deprive the rights of the enterprises as suppliers.According to China's national conditions at the present time, a lot of Chinese labor-intensive export enterprises can not reach and afford the standards of CSR initiated by multinational corporations; in addition, China actually has a lot of problems in CSR. So, to China's labor-intensive enterprises, implementing the multinational corporations' standards of CSR means much higher production costs, which will reduce the competitiveness of the export products in price and cause them to lose the original comparative advantage of low labor cost. Many weak medium and small-sized enterprises can not afford the standards. In the current time, implementation of multinational corporations' standards of CSR is becoming a severe challenge that China's export enterprises have to face in the foreign trade. Therefore, China should pay close attention to the issue and take active measures to deal with the situation by studying CSR.On the basis of the conclusion of the dispute on including CSR into international trade by analyzing the background of advancing CSR and summarizing the main contents of CSR, the paper elaborates the influences of advancing CSR on enterprises' profits and the influences of examination of CSR standards on export enterprises as well from economic point of view; thereupon, the impacts of examination and verification upon China's export enterprises have been analyzed by combining with the concrete practice of the China's foreign trade; at the end of this paper, the propositions of China's countermeasures are put forward through analyzing the reasons why multinational corporations implement their CSR standards to examine and verify China's export enterprises.
