Career Development Of Accountant: A Case Study

The number of accountants is growing, however, In China we can hardly find any research on accountants' career development. The author tries to explore accountants' learning, career life and development pattern by case study.In chapter I, the author reviews practice problems, reference related to accountants' career development, then presents the research plan.Chapter II analyzes the background of accounting occupation including the employment population, employment organization, and related policies.Chapter III to V shows three cases of accountants' career development, describes their career experiences, career development paths and important factors.Chapter VI is a conclusion. It reflects the whole research, generalize the most important findings, and outline a few valuable questions for the next research.
