With the transformation of civil aviation system and the change of market environment,a company can't develop and improve quickly without outstanding talents and advanced technology.As a regional monopoly state-owned airport company,T airport has been unable to keep up with the pace of the times relying solely on the original seniority and democratic assessment.The characteristics of the airport industry make it highly monopolistic for the professional technology of its talents,so how to attract and retain technical talents is the fundamental of its development.T airport company should design a feasible management system of employee career,which is of great practical significance to promote the development of the company.This article mainly analyzes some management problems of employee career in the T the airport company,on the basis of career management related theory.It applies the methods of case analysis and questionnaire survey,explores and analysis the causes of the problems through various dimensions.Based on the theories of motivation and career management,the solutions are given in the following aspects: First,we should establish a scientific career management system,which is supposed to define the important role of career management,plan professional career for employees,and provide professional guidance.Secondly,we should improve the employee career promotion channel.It is necessary to establish a dual career paths of technic and management,and to select talents through competitive recruitment.Third,we should combine employee motivation with career life.It can facilitate the development of both the company and employees by providing appropriate incentives and training employees according to career management.
