With the rapid development of technology and the rapid change of market environment,human resources strategy is an important guarantee to realize the strategic objectives of enterprises.Human resources planning and management have also become the focus of attention in the development of insurance enterprises.As the core professional talents in the insurance industry,the comprehensive quality and professional ability of underwriters and staff adjuster will directly affect the key links such as product research,cost control and customer service satisfaction of insurance companies.This article refers to the domestic and foreign information on human resources theory.Firstly,it fully investigates and understands the internal and external environment of the enterprise,the general situation of PH company,and the existing problems in career management of PH company's underwriters and staff adjuster.Secondly,it expounds the theory of career management,and analyzes the root causes of the management problems of PH company's underwriters and staff adjuster.According to the case analysis,combined with career management theory,this paper proposes solutions and safeguard measures for PH company.At present,the management mechanism of PH company's underwriters and staff adjuster is not perfect,the talent development planning system is not scientific,and the staff career development system is not clear,thus the maximum benefit of the company's human resources cannot be realized.The goal of human resources planning should be guided by the company's development strategy,support the achievement of the company's strategic goals,and at the same time give scientific career development planning guidelines to employees to achieve a win-win situation between employee value and company performance.I hope that through my research work,I can provide some help to promote the effective promotion of the company's human resources management,especially the talent planning and development of core positions.
