In recent years, with the rapid development of Internet, complex networks and other new technologies, the construction of industrial parks has made a great contribution to the development of China's economy. The research and reconstruction of economic and scientific and technological globalization has gradually become a new trend of development.China has put forward the strategy of "Made in China 2025" and encouraged the development of "Internet +" emerging innovative industries. In the new round of market economy competition, the development of industrial parks is one of the important factors. However,in the process of development and evolution of industrial parks, there are certain problems exist inevitably, including the lack of multi-dominant industries in industrial parks, the weak competitiveness of internal clusters, and weak government support. Therefore, the construction of an industrial park with competitive advantages is the top priority of regional economic development. In order to adapt to the development of the international economy and the requirements of global integration, enterprises need to use more external resources to achieve their expected goals and promote their innovation in production technology and organizational form.By cultivating and constructing cluster industrial parks, enterprises can improve their competitiveness and promote the vigorous development of regional economy.Firstly, this thesismakes a commentof the development mode, the competitive advantage and the operation situation of industrial parks,as well as analyzes the research achievements on the development of industrial parks at home and abroad. This thesis briefly introduces the concept of industrial park, the concept of differentiation strategy and mechanism, the theory of industrial cluster, the theory of life cycle, the theory of dynamic competitive advantage, the theory of strategic choice and so on.Secondly, the thesis explains the cultivation mechanism of dynamic competitive advantage of industrial parks based on evolution, analyzes the evolutionary causes of industrial parks and the cultivation factors of dynamic competitive advantage of industrial parks, and constructs the conceptual models of competitive advantage and theoretical model of dynamic competitive advantage of industrial parks, and analyzes their applicability.Combined with the data, this thesis constructs the evaluation index system for the effect of dynamic cultivation mechanism of industrial parks, constructs a series of indicators of competitive advantages, and determines the influencing factors that affect the competitive advantages of industrial parks. Finally according to the differentiation development of industrial parks, the thesis analyzes the differentiation choice, and base on the perspective of life cycle to build the recognition model of industrial parks development stage. The thesis also constructs the industrial park route choice modelbases on the analysis of industrial park operating situation.By using the software of MATLAB and SAS,the thesis identifies the parameters, whichprovides some reference significance for the evolution and development of industrial parks. In addition, the thesis uses the example of a park to analyze the development path of the development stage of thel park, and put forward some suggestions from the aspects of government, enterprises and related derivative institutions.matlabBased on the theory of life cycle and the evolution process of industrial parks, this thesis put forward the competitive advantage cultivation mechanism of industrial parks, which has certain practical significance in promoting the development of industrial parks and promoting the development of economies of local and nation.
