The Application Of Circulation Economics Idea In Agriculture

At the last people's republic council, premier Wen jia bao called on that we should try to develop circulation economics. About the theory and practices of circulation economics, many domestic researchers have done a lot and gained achievements. But in all these researches is defined to the industry and the community life, which is about how to save miner resource, how to recycle the resource and how to make good use of miner resource. It's pity that no works about agricultural circulation economics have done. Chinese should not be prosperous if no being rich in the countryside. The problem of agriculture, countryside and peasant is the basic one in China. How do we develop the economics in the countryside, fulfill the modernization and increase the peasants' incomes in the situation that China has much people but few plantation and the situation that we can't destroy the environment in the countryside? The peasants in Linquan solve the problem by the means of circulation economics. They have invented the model of scalper to dejection to mushroom to marsh gas to fertilizer and the model of forest to grass to scalper to mushroom to fertilizer. With the development of circulation economics in the countryside in Linquan, the stalk that burned before has new useful way, besides, the dejection that polluted the environment has been dealt with well. So the agriculture in Linquan develops much and the peasants in Linquan improve their living without wasting the minor resource and polluting the environment. Of course, in all, the agricultural economics in Linquan is in the developing period ,but the peasants in Linquan implore the model of developing circulation economics by the industry association and other models. Other peasants in China can learn a lot from Linquan if they want to develop the agriculture economics in the way of circulation economics. This is the object of writing this paper. This paper includes four parts. Firstly, describing the circulation economics and the basis of developing circle economics in China. Secondly, the SWOT analysis of developing circulation economics in Linquan. Thirdly, the good pains in Linquan about developing circulation economics. Lastly, the inspiration that the people in Linquan give us and suggestions.The first part of this paper describes the development and maturity of circle economics, the new study of agricultural circulation economics and background of our nation's developing agricultural circulation economics.
