Performance management is an important tool of human resource management in modern enterprises. Nation–owned enterprises have known the notable effete on the competition ability of performance management, but in practice, there is much question and astray leading to bad results. Enterprises should analysis those questions and scan their intrinsic performance management system that sustains development.The computer safe guarder's performance management system is yueyang some problems, such as, set up an unequitable aims at performance appraisal; performance management is out of touch with the streategy in company and the process of appraisal is so rigorously. The situation of unfull utilize the result of appraisal and unformed the system of sustain performance management. And it caused by some reasons, lack of the overall situation conceptions, diverge the guidance for outstanding achievenment, performance management is not cooperative with other professional work, design the performance appraisal target is ignores pay close attention to crux achievement and design performance appraisal target also ignores guide to employee's conduct. In order to change the situation of employee's performance management, the manager should look on performance management as a systems engineering. Based on using for reference of other's experience. The manager should build a transparent employee's performance management system in accordance of post requirement of management, techonoly. Marketing sales, serives and so on. This employee's performance management system includes four parts; performance planning. Performance managing, performance appraisal and rewarding performance. Finally, the manager should carry out the system carefully.
