Performance management in human resources management is in the key position, promote enterprise strategic objectives of the important tool, and very effective. Domestic and overseas scholars of performance management has a lot of theoretical research, current research most concentrated on the definition and performance management of performance management methods and techniques discussed. Theorists generally defined as "performance results + behavior", performance management is through the establishment of enterprise strategy, target decomposition, performance appraisal, and performance results to enterprise's daily management activities, in order to achieve improvements to motivate employees work performance, so as to achieve the goal of a kind of enterprise strategy management methods. Performance management is a cycle management activities process, each management process involves performance planning, performance coaching. performance evaluation and implementation and performance evaluation result feedback and application four links. The existing performance management many methods, have been widely applied to the have a balanced scorecard (BSC) method, the key performance indicator (KPI) method and target management (MBO) method.Although many Chinese state-owned enterprise is modelling has already realized performance management of enterprise competitiveness, the important influence, but under implementation process but there are many mistakes that cause performance management implementation effect is not ideal. GT machinery factory of existing performance management system implementation effect is not ideal, based on this reality, the author hopes to GT machinery factory performance management process each link characteristics and analyzing the present situations, and strive to perfect the existing performance management system, so that the system is feasible, scientific and reasonable, so as to constantly improve employee performance for employee behavior produce traction and guiding function, promote enterprises in market competition to develop.GT machinery factory performance management system problems, and did not get practical implementation, strict sense, is still the traditional personnel assessment mode, can't give full play to the role of performance management. Performance management actually is a systematic project. and related theories and experience in the foundation, unifies the factory jobs structure such as technology, management, production, sales and service jobs, according to certain principles division of the four links that performance management, establish new performance management system, and the implementation of existing policies and measures to ensure new perfect the effective implementation of the performance management system.
