In the open economy, technology advancement already includes the domestic technical innovation, but also includes the technology advancement which international technology transfer brings. With the increasing relationship along with the foreign economical relation, the developing counties more and more realize the importance of introducing overseas advanced technology to domestic economic growth. So, it is imperative for the developing countries to strengthen intellectual property rights protection.Intellectual property rights protection brings economic growth through technological innovation and technology transfer.
