A Research Of The Developmental Stage And Investing Structure Of FDI In The Host Country

From the angle of the intensity of elements of production, and from the transfer of industry, this paper generalizes and sums up the developmental stage, and the investing structure in a host country. Through setting up a framework to analysis the discipline and relationship among the FDI's developmental stage, and its investing structures in a host country, the author attempts to predict the development tends of FDI in our country, and finally propound a strategy of taking advantage of FDI. The author mainly comes to a conclusion that the developmental stage of FDI can be distributed into primary level, mid-level, and high-level; that the investing structures generally fall into three parts: labor intensive, capital intensive, and technology intensive; and that the stage of FDI in china is in the primary level, and the investing structure mainly appears as labor intensive.The framework of this paper can be depicted as follows. The introduction of the paper mainly brings forward the background, purpose of this research and its underlying meaning. As the basis of this paper, the author, then in the second section, switches to generalize and sum up the developmental stage, and the investing structure in a host country. In the third section, this paper gives a convincing analysis on the relationship of the FDI's developmental stage, and its investing structures in the host country. The author sets up its reasonable framework from the angle of the intensity of elements of production, and the transfer of industry. In the following two sections, the author gives a demonstration in China. Then, attempts to predict the development tends of FDI in our country, and finally propound a strategy of taking advantage of FDI.
