As one of contemporary art in production management,since1980when thereform and opening up carried out,China’s industrial structure has changed a lot,Lean Manufacturing is applied in more and more companies for the Distinctive value.However, unable to accurately grasp the lean production management model and itsunique cultural support, companies were not concerned about the impact of culturaldifferences on foreign enterprises LP practice, then so enterprises did not get thedesired effect, ultimately resulting in a "West Orange" changed into "East orange"phenomenon.On the basis of the phenomenon about high input and low output in Leanproduction practices,this paper expand the application of the theory and requirementsof the corporate culture of multi-perspectives on lean production,with the analysison the typical activities of LP,Summing up the corporate culture elements adapted toLean Production, building a comprehensive assessment framework on LP EnterpriseCulture and end up with an applied case analysis. The main contents are as followed:Firstly,with a systematic introduction and classified collation, analysis andreflection on the characteristics of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysismodels of evaluation on corporate culture related to lean production in domestic andinternational relevant research literature, this paper stressed the importance of thematch between corporate culture and Lean Production,then proposed ideas to buildlean production system and corporate culture factor evaluation model on the basic ofcomparation about the scope、advantages and disadvantages of various methods forthe evaluation of corporate culture.Secondly,started with analysis on LP typical activity, this paper summarizedtwelve elements of lean manufacturing implementation:eight Manufactured factorsabout production technology and operating、four Managing suppor elements. Theformer includes JIT, pull-type production、6S、eliminate waste、 billboards、continuous improvement、genchi matter、Jidoka;The latter includes Sales andservice、staff support processes、production planning and procurement、administrativesupport processes.Thirdly,this paper summed up40lean production requirements of the corporateculture and ultimately integrated into18cultural elements:corporate values, corporatestrategy, business goals, corporate vision, change business practices, innovation, business leadership management, authorization and execution, customer-focused(potential) demand, Organizational learning, education and training, recruitment andassessment, to comply with the provisions of the protocol operations, multi-sectoralcoordination and integration, team-oriented, team pride, teamwork and learning, staffcapacity development on the Integration twelve elements of lean production activitiestypical of their starting point.Fourthly,this paper selected the appropriate method to build a comprehensiveanalysis of the corporate culture of lean manufacturing and measurement model onthe basis of comparative analysis of the corporate culture of qualitative andquantitative analysis of the model: Lean Enterprise Culture qualitative analysis ofideas effectivly complxed focus research methods and three levels of culturalfieldwork evaluation; Lean Enterprise Culture quantitative analysis of ideas adjustedand developed Denison four-dimensional tissue culture measurement model to designan Evaluation Scale Lean Enterprise Culture including60items with the closed itemsand the five Likert scale and to pass the validity and reliability test.Finally, this paper aplied Measurement Model to a machinery manufacturingenterprises and helped the leaders determine the power of corporate culture andresistance in the implementation of lean production with Intuitive and simplecorporate culture radar to develop effective solutions for LP application.
