With the rapid development of social economy, enterprises who want to maintain edge inthe competitive market must take the initiative in the human resources management. Aneffective incentive mechanism should be established for the survival and development of theenterprise. Compensation as an important part of human resources management plays a vitalrole in attracting and keeping the employees. These days, the study of compensation at homeand abroad are more concentrated in corporate senior manager or general staff, the separatestudy for the middle-level manager is little, but the middle-level manager as the backbone inthe enterprise plays an important role, they are carriers of corporate strategy, the organizer ofbusiness plan, the transmitters of corporate philosophy, therefore, it becomes a key problemto attract more talented people to join the ranks of middle-level managers and motivate themto work and study hard.Literature review, questionnaires, chart analysis, case studies and other research methodsare used in this thesis. Guided by the modern compensation management theory, Accordingthe propose to find, analyze and solve problems, the enterprise incentive compensationstatus of middle-level managers are researched on the basis of domestic and foreign research,the original data are obtained by the questionnaire, then all the data are classified, organized,analyzed and summarized in order to find out the problems of corporate middle managers,theaim is to improve compensation system of middle manager, including the adjustment ofcompensation levels, the post evaluation, compensation structure adjustment, theestablishment of supporting facilities.Combined with the actual situation in our country and absorbing the successfulexperience in the foreign enterprise, a sophisticated compensation system is designed for the middle–level manager. It has an important value for use and reference.
