The Middle Manager's salary drive has the theory significance and the practical significance topic, along with the knowledge economy time arrival, in the enterprise how to motivate middle managers'enthusiasm and activity, how to make use of middle managers'intelligence and knowledge fully to create maximal value and realize the target of enterprise, is becoming the key job of Human Resource Management.The thesis started from elaborating the theory of Organizational Justice, dissertated the concept and characteristics of distributive justice, Procedural justice and interactive justice respectively. The thesis analyzed the justice theories and the compensation incentive theories of relation and mutually characteristic. This text takes the A company as a research object, explains the A company's organizational structure,the personnel condition,the middle manager compensation incentive the present situation and so on , adopts adjusts the questioning volume the way to the company middle manager compensation incentive the situation has made investigation and the analysis,and summarized the compensation to the mechanism main question as well as produced reason.Then, this article combines a fair justice, economic, strategic principle to design a compensation Incentive mechanism. Finally, this article implement the question to this plan which in the process will possibly meet to put forward the correlation proposal.The research on compensation incentive of A company's middle manager based on the theory of organizational Justice can create salary system which another enterprise can't imitate , also can make use of the business enterprise human resource of middle manager , promoting the business enterprise managers grow more healthily. The result in this Paper can be a valuable for reference.
