The Reasons And Countermeasures Of The Current Revenue Disparity Of China

Today, we are being in the progress of constructing the harmonious community. There is an important mission to dominate the revenue disparity in the appropriate limit, so studying the revenue allocation problem is becoming popular. However, most of the existing theories are the decentralized researches to the problem, and there is lack of holistic analysis based on the system vicissitudes of our country's reform and open, the method of holistic analysis results from the Marxism. The revenue disparity radically comes from the divergence of essential factors which are shared in the initial markets in the background of the transition from planned economy to the socialist market economy. Hence, the transition of holistic system vicissitudes is the premise of the disparity, and non-equilibrious system vicissitudes is the significant reason of extending the disparity, and the system attrition arised in the system vicissitudes is the catalysis of the extending of disparity, and the problem is not under control now because of the sluggish regulation and lack of administering.
