Justice Distribution

John Rawls, one of the most important philosophers in contemporary USA and even in circle of western thought, He points out the subject of justice is the principal institution used to distribute the fundamental civil rights and obligation ,to divide the interests and burdens generated from social cooperation. Rawls believes the generalconception—liberty and opportunity ,income and wealth ,and bases of self-respect—are to be distributed equally unless an unequally distribution of any goods is to the advantage of the least favord .His theory of justice not merely an inheritance of the traditional justice theory, it is an innovation and development of it.The core of the book which had written is two justice principles: The first one is equal free principle and the second one of is the combining of fair equality of opportunity and difference principle .Rawls'theory of justice is singnificant in many aspects under the market economy of reforming and to the outside ,such as individual freedom and country intervene, equity and efficiency ,distribution of the social wealth according to equity ,lessening the income gap .For surviving harmoniously developing steadily, meeting each social member's material needs, society of different periods must have a justice theory which could be accepted extensively, accord with objective reality, ld be shared widly, and have the purpose of developing.The article of the writer analyses Rawls'theory of justice widely, affirms its historical importance, and points out its limitation ,in the past the practical importance of theory is discussed. It is not only adapt to capitalist market economy but also socialist economy. Its princinple will be helpful in correcting the injustice phenomena . The Rawls'Justice Theory has higher referece valave to the development of the justice theory of our country, efficiency comes first, balance equity becomes the justice theory which reflects the characteristic of the times and have promoted the development of economy and the society greatly, but with the gradual setting-up of socialist market economy system ,efficiency comes first ,balance equility deeds substantiating and perfecting.
