This research analyzes the corporate strategy of SINBON Electronic Co., Ltd, which becomes customization and at steady development stage gradually .How to propose a good corporate strategy according to competition environment and company real status. The point is how to improve technology and production quality level. It thoroughly is a critical issue for combine corporation strategy with build up strength of company.The analysis is base on macroscopically environment of Taiwan electron industry, also combination comprehensive of Five-Force Model. This model is including Threat of Entrants, Power of Suppliers, Power of Buyers, Threat of Substitutes and Intra Industry Rivalry.The analysis combines company internal core competition. It contains competitive strength, competitive weakness, opportunities and threats. The suitable strategy adapt to company real characteristic .it also strengthen and improve company performance.A differentiation strategy calls for the development of a product or service that offers unique attributes that are valued by customers and that customers perceive to be better than or different from the products of the competition. The value added by the uniqueness of the product may allow the firm to charge a premium price for it. The firm hopes that the higher price will more than cover the extra costs incurred in offering the unique product and service. Otherwise, the firm combines knowledge and manpower management and build up new organization.
