The Study Of Management For City Gas Companies To Construct Information System Based The Technology Of GIS.

The main purpose of the article is to find out a set of management methods for city gas companies to construct information system in our country. A series of problems are analyzed in the informationlizing construction management (ICM) of city gas companies as proprietors after introducing the present situation, and then the necessity of the proprietor's construction management.According to the present basic theories, integrated the present situation of city gas companies with the trade characteristic, methods are introduced by which management difficulties would be solved. In view of gas companies'ability, the emphasis of PM should be confirmed,what to do and what not to do would be clear.In theory,referred to the system in PM, it is explained how PM works in this project. In practice, to clarify further viewpoints, incorporating the realities of gas company's GIS construction management, discuss the specific contents of the PM in different phases according to the life-cycle theory, commending the successful experience.
