The logistics industry is a fundamental and strategic industry for the national economy,and plays an increasingly important role in the social development and the national economy.With the continuously deepening division of labor in society and the unceasing optimization of the economic development environment,the managerial third-party logistics enterprise,as a new form of specialized logistics enterprises,presents the trend of accelerated development.However there are some problems that need to be solved during the development process of the managerial third-party logistics enterprise as it is a relatively new thing.The managerial third-party logistics enterprise mainly integrates and uses the social reserves of logistics resources to provide logistics services to customers in demand.As asset-light enterprises,they are distinctively different from the current third-party logistics enterprises on the strength of intensive assets.The core competitiveness of the managerial third-party logistics enterprise mainly is embodied in integrating and using the social reserved resources to provide high-quality logistics services for the market.Its core competitiveness has the quality of ability-cluster,an ability synthesis composed of the information ability,coordinate ability,operating ability,appreciation ability,marketing ability and credibility,etc.Ascientific hierarchy system of evaluation index built upon the abovementioned ability-cluster is needed for evaluating the core competitiveness of the managerial third-party logistics enterprise.According to the nature of the evaluation index of the core competitiveness of the managerial third-party logistics enterprise,it is scientific to adopt the Grey-analytic Hierarchy Process to evaluate its core competitiveness.When adopting the Grey-analytic Hierarchy Process in practices,the practitioner should follow the requirements of the evaluation process logistically.Annto Logistics Co.,Ltd.has the typical characteristics of the managerial third-party logistics enterprise.Using the evaluation model for the core competitiveness of the managerial third-party logistics enterprise to evaluate this company's core competitiveness will help lead the company to more precise development strategies,thus to improve its core competitiveness.
